Richard Winter is a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, United Kingdom, and served as senior resident in psychiatry at Bristol General Hospital in England before joining the staff at Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis. He is formerly with the English L'Abri Fellowship.
